Jo Ann Williams has been Broker and sole owner of CENTURY 21 Associates Unlimited since April 1994. Prior to that, Jo Ann was co-owner of CENTURY 21 Associates Unlimited since 1984. Jo Ann is a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and has earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She has lived in Flagstaff for 27 years and is a 28 year veteran in the Real Estate business. Jo Ann has remained very active in community affairs as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Northern Arizona Home Builders in Flagstaff.

Jo Ann has handled the Fannie Mae repossessions for Northern Arizona for the past 14 years. This includes obtaining contractors, bids, repairs and renovations done and paid for before the home is sold.

Jo Ann started and managed Red Canyon Realty (Flagstaff) in 1978 which became Red Canyon Realty Better Homes and Gardens. Today it is known as Evergreen.
